Synopsis:

Rajaram, 35, an ardent, short-tempered, supporter of cow vigilantism is running his campaign in full swing for the local elections which are nearby when circumstances force him to take care and breed a cow. Rajaram takes up the responsibility which requires him to leave his family, his home and his campaign. After going through hell for breeding the cow, Rajaram is still hopeful of winning but a rumor of him losing the elections makes him take an unconscious decision for which he will have to pay prices which are beyond his imagination

Gaurav Asri is an independent filmmaker who is currently teaching Screenplay Writing for Web and TV at Film and Television Institute of India, Pune. He has assisted Mr. Javed Siddiqui and Mr. Vinay Shukla as writer and assistant director respectively. His short film “BANJAR” won him BEST DIRECTOR at DADA SAHEB PHALKE FILM FESTIVAL, NOIDA, INDIA and BEST SCREENPLAY at INDIAN WORLD FILM FESTIVAL, HYDERABAD,INDIA. A pass out from FTII, Pune and IIMC,New Delhi ,he has conceptualized and directed a travel show for ANANDAM TV named “RAM TEERTH” and written dialogues for daily soaps.
